Pandemic Response Bill 2028 .. a decidedly ominous act?

AN ACT RELATIVE TO PANDEMIC AND DISASTER PREPARATION AND RESPONSE IN THE     COMMONWEALTH.

Read this bill that has passed the Senate in Massachusetts and is off to the House for approval.

These bills are not fun to read … but it is a necessity if we are to know what is going on behind governnment doors.  In this case.. it perhaps is in a state you do not live in.. but .. if passed there..what are the chances it could become a part of federal legislation some day/

It deals with a “pandemic” … and gives the government control over your home or domain or business or anything else you may own at its descretion.  You can be oredered out of it.. it can be taken over and destroyed.. just about anything can be done to your property without you having a say in it.  If you don’t comply… a fine of a thousand dollars per day will be laid on you.

Of course .. this is only one state which is attempting to put something of this sort into law.  There are several other states that have enacted their own legal means of dealing with a pandemic.. in this case the fear of the swine flu… oh.. pardon me.. the Novel Influenza A H1N1flu.

The spread of the fear of this flu virus has been steadily marching on for over a long long time.. and it seems to be to the point where the heads of whoever or whatever it is that is wanting us to fear this so deeply seem to be getting panicky.

The flu isn’t nearly as deadly as they want us to believe.  It is not close to infecting people in pandemic numbers. Of course.. if we believe it is.. then.. one step closer to control … another avenue of complete and total contrl with the right act passed.

Why not?

“Never let a crisis go unwasted.”

Isn’t that the cry nowadays?

The act nearing passage in Massachisetts could be a very decidedly ominous act .. as of course every law that is passed and mandated upon us could be … were the wrong hands to be put at the helm.

You may be saying it is only Massachusetts.. but we are all part of the whole.. and if one part goes down hurting.. how does it affect the whole?

Is this the time we can say this Act working its way through the Massachusetts legislature not only could be.. but now is a decidedly ominous act .. should it be passed?
