ABC announced today it will close down all of its bureaus except the one in Washington D.C.
Government Motors out of Genreral Motors and Chrysler are a given.
Government Home Loans known to us as Fannie Mae and Fannie Mac is operating as usual with millions of more dollars of our money given to them….. Geithner says there may be a plan in 2011 for overhauling them. Yay.
Is AIG the government preferred insurance corporation? Sure points in that direction … with AIG fighting for its independence at the same time it is being buoyed by Obama. Smokescreens everywhere.
We have had Government Schools forever.
We have Government In Home Daycares.
Will we soon have Government Groceries? Michell’s Let’s Move program to fight childhood obesity seems to think government has a role in that too … right to what we buy at our grocery stores. This includes reauthorizing the Child Nurtition Act ..with a $10 billion budget increase — $1 billion a year for 10 years — to help provide nutritious school lunches to those who qualify. The presumption is that the parents of those children who do not qualify here will fund the increase.
ABC … the new Government Network? Will we soon see.
