Obama says it is time to take the public option out of his health bill.
There is nothing that can be trusted about Obama in his push to get things done his way. If he now seems to want to take the main spine of his plan out of his bill .. you can be sure there is a backup plan to implement it down the road in spite of what the people want.. period. What that plan will be is unknown maybe but you can be sure it will be there.
What he wants is to get reform begun. Once he gets a beginning framework in … you will see him then do whatever he must to get his initial plan somehow channeled in.
Obama will not give up as easily as he seems to be wanting to as you read the news…no matter how it may look.
It is his “giving in” so quickly that should set off the alarm.
Obama has no intention of giving up on his “change America” agenda. If it takes a different road to get to where he wants to go with his healthcare plan.. then …by all means he will take that different road.
You can be sure that different road will eventually end at the same destination as far as Obama is concerned. His end goal may take any of many different paths.
The end goal will always remain the same.
So.. beware.
