The insults keep on coming.
The simple fact that our government would turn its back on a perfectly legitimate democracy for the sake of backing a Chavez wannabe is one more bitter insult to every single freedom loving American.
The simple fact that somehow we are linked to this despicable move because they are our government is an almost unbearable insult .. one that makes you want to shout out a desperate apology to the Hondurans .. to let them know this is not an American move… not the Americans they know and trust.
The United States has almost completely stopped issuing visas in the U.S. Embassy in Honduras at the order of Obama. Visas of known backers of the new President, Micheletti, have been revoked.
Millions of dollars of aid to Honduras by the United States has been cut off.
This is being done of course to try to force the Honduras government to restore Zelaya to power… the man who was removed because he was about to rewrite the Honduras constitution to give himself full power to remain the president of Honduras for as long as he wished.
Not a bad reason to remove him .. wouldn’t you say?
Zelaya …. the Castro-Ortega-Chavez wannabe … is being backed by Obama as well as Hllary Clinton. Surprise.
Another black day for America .. when its top leaders once more slap backs of the worst dictators in this world .. turning its backs on democracy.
Of course … it is not new. Look at Gaza … and Hamas .. and Israel.
Look at us.
Election Day 2010 cannot come fast enough.
Until then .. the short history of this administration is beginning to say the insults will keep on coming.
