What a breath of fresh air to read this! The Supreme Court responds to Obama’s disgusting chastizing of the Court in his State of the Union address.
Here is a perfect example of the government taking on the role of responsibility for all those “incapable of making a decision for themselves” Americans … in this case those who would gladly pay for that $40 cup coffee rather than take on some responsible financial habits. The government says there is no way those people can continue to do that.. pay for those $40 cups of coffee .. so … it takes control … and makes the decision for them. One more bit of freedom gone… this time the freedom to be as stupid as we choose to be.
Anyone who still believes in Obama’s “promises” has to have blinders over their eyes that are so thick …. you can’t help but wonder how they manage to get out of their beds in the morning…. much less shave. This seems to be the case with Michigan’s Rep. Stupak who says now he “is now more optimistic than last week” about meeting in the middle with Obama on the abortion language in the healthcare bill.
Stupak no doubt must still believe in the tooth fairy… if he really truly is becoming “more optimistic” about this.
