You may have heard there is a lot of brouhaha going on about Van Jones having signed a petition written by a group that has come to be known as the “truthers” back in 2004 or 2007.
Van Jones is an avowed Communist. He has said so in his own words. He is welcome to believe as he wishes. He is welcome to run for office in the United States as a Communist if he wishes.
What he should never ever be excused for doing is accusing President Bush and his adminsitration of planning the attacks of 9/11 … planning them in every aspect .. right down to where the signers of the”truther” petition believe the Pennsylvania plane acutally landed in Ohio… safely. In the truthers minds .. everything was staged by the governmenton that day… including the deaths of more than 3000 Americans.
Whether such accusations come from a real belief in such conspiracy theories or just a beyond evil intent to discredit Bush and all those who worked in his administration does not matter.
What matters is that someone with such skewed ideas of life now is a very direct part of our federal government.
Did Obama know of him .. of his background? How could he not have.. the guy has been his shadow.. admits he loves everything about Obama and has for years. Obama knew him well enough to entrust a “czar” position to him… Obama’s own private shadow government.
If you give Obama the benefit of the doubt.. and say he really did not know..well… he knows now for sure.
Van Jones cannot be allowed to continue to have that direct access.
If Obama does not fire him … it is a further stamp of who Obama really is.. and what he stands for. Granted .. that is something we already know but seem to need constant affirmation of as it is so far off the beaten path .. so skewed from what any one in this country would ever have believed could ever be sitting in the White House… much less in the main chair at the main desk in the Oval Office.
If Obama does nothing… this news is the bonus ultimate insult of the day to each and every American … including every single one who gave his or her life for the protection of our freedom.
Give us a glimmer of hope for you .. Obama. Fire Van Jones… Obama.. but fire him for the right reason.. not to save your own neck.
